Early to Bed, Early to Rise
This phrase has countless advantages. In this is modern and technology-full era every person in this world is busy in its life. That is the reason minds are full of hypertension and fatigue. Every doctor advice you to go to bed during 9 to 10:00 pm. Around the globe, the perfect timing for sleeping is 10:00 pm to 4:00 am .Lets have some differences between a person who go to sleep at sharp and a person who always sleep late at midnight.

I beleive that if you obey the nature's rule and adapt yourself to it, you always looks smart and healthy till the age of 70s.
